Returns policy

We have a refund policy that lasts for 45 days from the date of purchase of the product from our website. We would not be liable to pay any refund for any damage or make an exchange in case 45 days are gone since the date of your purchase.

To return an item, please send items in their original packaging alongside your dispatch note to the following address:

We will only accept returns of unused item that has been kept in same condition as it was received, with original packaging and with all tags attached.

1. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We will not stand responsible for exchange or refund for any item that is not in its original condition, is without tags and packaging or has been used by the receiver. No gift items provided by us will be refunded.

2. PROOF

To file a return or refund of any product purchased from our website www.RegisClothing.com, we require the receipt or any proof of purchase made.

Please do not send the receipt or the purchased item back to the manufacturer.

3. NOTIFICATION

We will notify you via email about acceptance or rejection of the refund after we have received the return and inspected it thoroughly. In case of approval, the refund will get processed, and the amount will be added to your credit card or to the mode of payment, within few working days.

4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

In case you have not received your refund yet, we suggest you to please check your bank account again.

Then check your credit card details and call the credit card company. In some cases, it takes time to get the refund officially posted.

Third, contact your bank. There is always some processing time in banks that may cause any delay in getting refund to your account.

5. SALE ITEMS

We do not provide exchange or refund on any sale item purchased from our website.

6. GIFTS

For the items marked as gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive and approve the return.

In case the item was purchased as a gift but wasn’t marked as the gift at the time of purchase, or gift giver has self-knowingly kept the gift for giving you later, then the refund will be given to the gift giver and he will be finding out your return.
